Wafers – Dreaming about wafers is significant to some Christian groups around the world. Some Christians actually believe that a priest has the magical power bestowed upon him by god to act as Jesus in order to ask Jesus to transubstantiate, transmute or infill the wafer into/with his essence or presence. Even though the wafer does not change in any measurable scientific way, the adherents of these religious cults believe that by then eating a part of their god, they then become like or a part of god and can therefore be allowed into communion with that god. This is actually a belief that is many thousands of years older that Christianity, but Christians tend to believe that they are the ones who thought of it first. It is one of the only remaining examples of this ancient cult of becoming a part of god that persists to this day.
